    Very poor scheduling. Get scheduled to go over results from procedure and have to wait over an hour for doctor to see me because they are doing other procedures during the appointment time that I made.

    I had 2 tests done. Here it is a month later and nobody has called me back to discuss my results. I tried to get in touch with the person that reviews the results only to be told she was on vacation. I called back after she was supposed to be back from vacation and got voicemail I am still having stomach problems but it doesnt seem like this office cares about that.

    I went here for gut trouble a couple years ago - the service was mostly fine, but they messed up and scheduled an appointment for a day that my doctor was not there once. I'd already paid the copay by the time another doctor told me they weren't comfortable consulting on another doctor's patient without knowing the case. Fair enough. They rescheduled me for two days later and assured me that my copay from that visit-made-in-error would be forwarded to cover the rescheduled appointment. Since then, for the past two years, I have periodically gotten calls, emails, text messages, and other forms of harassment from collections agencies about that $40 copay that I wasn't supposed to pay a second time. On five(5) separate occasions that I have documented I have spoken to someone about it and told them what happened, they have said "let me just confirm that... ah, yes, I see, we have a note about it. I'll make sure we get this cleared up, you're good." Then a couple months later, I get another email or text message. The worst part is that it's impossible to get in contact with anyone in billing - you have to call a different number to reach anyone there, and it goes direct to voicemail. They will never call back. The emails they send seem to come from some no-reply junk line, so no one is reading the responses to those either. I have been abundantly nice and patient about this - Last time, I promised that if they sent me another one of these collections emails and I had to try to explain to someone again, I would make a 1 star review over their harassment that they promised it was fixed (again). Well, since I got another email and didn't get a call back from billing yesterday, I'm following through on my promise - two years of harassment over a small copay that you aren't due is enough. If they ever tell you they'll do anything like this billing-wise, get it in writing, demand a refund instead, make sure you mark every conversation and the names in your journal like I did - whatever you do, don't trust them. They'll hound you to the end of the earth over money they aren't owed.
