Dr. Berlin is AWESOME!!!! She and her staff just simply get the job done. Very kind, considerate and take care of your needs. Quick appointments, no waiting months to be scheduled. My husband can not stop raving about this office. It would be awesome if all medical offices and physicians were like this. We also appreciate that a human answers the phone every time and takes care of your call. Customer service is great.

Dr. Berlin has played a part in my care due to Crohn's Disease for a long time. She has always been prompt and kind. Her and the North Florida Surgery staff recently went out of their way to help me out with some return to work documents that another doctor refused to fill out. Thanks!

Siting in the ER with my husband after gall bladder surgery with all these sick people because he is in extreme pain.Ms Berlin apparently does not tend to her own patients after surgery.wont be using her again
