This store is horrible. I'd rather drive the entire hour to go to the Avenues Mall and go to Sparkle than ever buy from this store again. They advertise "Buy 1 Get 1 1/2 off". Well this is true, but they try to trick you on this. My mother went in to buy a few pieces for my wedding (1 necklace at $55 and 2 bangles at $30 each) Well the girl working there tells her she can get another necklace and get the 1/2off deal if she wanted. So my mom goes and picks out a necklace for herself ($65). Well needless to say the girl rings up the two bangles 1/2off. When my mom points this out the girl proclaims "She can't cancel the transaction because she's not a manager." then she proceeds to tell my mom that the "Owner is out of the country." Well my mom resigns and figures she'd go back to the store the next day to see if a manager is in. Well the next day the owner was in and informs my mom that the girl is a manager, however since the transaction was paid for they couldn't do anything for my mom unless she wanted to exchange the necklace. Well very angry my mom went home and when she unwrapped the necklace to wear it, IT BROKE!!! Looking closely at the necklace you could see where it had been hot glued together. Finally feed up with the whole ordeal she takes the necklace back and demands a refund in which they posted a sign saying "Exchanges Only within 7 days" They let her exchange the necklace for a new one. Then I had to take one of my bangles back in cause it was missing crystals, and the owner was very rude to me and didn't want to honor their policy to "replace missing crystals with proof of purchase". We will never step foot into this store again!
