        Heading in the wrong direction. I used to love banking with CFCU but something has changed in recent years. Some of the new customer service reps are rude and of a much lower quality. Putting a 1 week hold on a check from Fidelity Investments that I can cover 20 times over is ridiculous. No explanation given other than "we're looking out for you" lol. I hope they can get their issues corrected.
