Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Im giving Bank of America 3 stars. While I appreciate that they promptly corrected their mistake of shorting me $500 upon my return, the error itself raises concerns about their attention to detail and accuracy. Whether it was a genuine mistake or intentional is unclear, but its concerning nonetheless. Their customer service in resolving the issue was satisfactory, but the initial error leaves room for improvement.

The service at this branch was excellent! Nita took care of my mother today and she was the sweetest with my children, kind, and professional. I have never encountered a bank that totally helps as well as understands their customers. Nita was absolutely the best specialist ever. Thank you :)

I don't bank there but cash checks from customers there an it always take 30 mins an I have to wait for them to "verify" the check, then get charged $8 to cash it. I don't understand charging someone to cash a check at the bank it's from
