Mr. Winston was professional, on time, explained what the issue was, what part was needed. He went and purchased the product, installed it. Tested it to make no leaks. Very good job and fair price for the work he done.

Long story short: Excellent & Timely Service. He was very open and communicative in terms of timeline and what needed to be done. Above all, fair prices. The long story though: Winston is the man! I was about to leave for a trip and woke up to a running toilet. I jimmied the little bob in the tank and tried closing the pressure relief valve and nothing helped. I got a quote from a competitor and his solution was breaking the wall to install a new valve, and tried to upsell me a brand new toilet. The quote with discounts stacked up to something over $1,000! I was having none of it and called Winston early on Sunday and without any of the usual sales fluff he assured me a spot on his route and a time. Love it! He shows up on time and in again without any of the sales fluff, tells me exactly what the problem is and fixes it. In less than an hour! He priced the service fairly and out of appreciation I also paid extra for the service. I will definitely be calling him for any future fixes and would highly recommend reaching out to Winston!

I highly recommend Winston, Reasonable& Reliable Handyman. On several occasions I have utilized his service after having issues with clogged drains in the older home I bought a few years ago. One was my garbage disposal backing up, and the other was just recent when I discovered sewer water was backing into my shower. After contacting Winston, he quickly responded back to me and was prompt at coming over to help and not leave me waiting & worrying. He is efficient, goes immediately to work, and does not waste any time. He is very good about answering any questions or concerns you may have, as well as explaining what steps he will take to resolve the problem. It is quite clear he is knowledgeable in his field. Also, his fees are very affordable! I have no negative feedback to give, only good feedback. I can say I have complete faith and trust in Winston and highly recommend his service.
