        I been staying here it's really nice I have not had a single problem the price is not to bad they only rent weekly and don't cut a deal if u rent longer but I like it pretty well they all been polite to me and it's clean a.c works great heat does to hot water comfy bed so I'd recommend this place Rooms: Clean never seen a bug at all whole time I been here Nearby activities: Close to state parks and stores Safety: They have cameras so no need to worry about safety Walkability: I work in debary and can walk there in timely manor or ride bike in 15 mins

        Don't stay here!. The rooms are nasty, the owner is the worst. It's overpriced like crazy. $90 for a trash room. Nothing is new. In my room everytime the shower ran a giant puddle formed in the middle of the bathroom from under the floor. The water is yellow. Avoid it all cost!
