Country Village Manufactured Home Community

Manager is good but needs help for this size community and the park is well kept .Lot rent keeps going up which is Ridiculous given the age of this community as to homes and the fact that the older section floods the pool is simply way too shallow there's not enough upgrades to warrant the hike on lot rent and now the community has to foot a bill of Kentucky road that that new development should pay for

Water Issue Is The Worst Ever -2Weeks Ago Orange City Water Utilities Shut Our Water Off And No Notice And Keep Raising The Prices . Our Meter Gets Full Of Sand and And Ruined My Toilet . Everyone I Talk To In The Park Is Complaining And Orange City Water Department Are The Worst . They Like To Raise Your Bill And Just Charge Us Without Coming To See Whats Happening With Our Meters. Its Been This Way Since My Late Husband Ralph And I Moved In 2013. Am Tired Of Complaining And Nothing Is Ever Done About. We Are Been Abuse Us Seniors On Our Services And The Park Too. We Have No Freedom To Complain . Please Seniors In Our Park Take Action All Together ~ Otherwise We Will Never Get To Resolve Any Problem We Have. Thank you All And God Bless You All. Grandpa has lived here for years. They have fully given up on the golf course and the old people. They don't mow, they don't fix pot holes for 3 years. They price gouge the old people because they don't know. Garbage owners and a human rights violation. It's literally a Florida golf course with no golf course. There were also wild pigs in this community for a bit and one killed a cat.
