        Love my 5am workouts with the Mandatory fam! Manda is encouraging, supportive, knowledgeable and knows how to help people achieve their fitness goals. I worked out with her for about 6 months, got in great shape, then had a second baby. Just started back again, and Im so happy I did. Her boot camps are my me time and I leave feeling strong and accomplished and ready to take on the day! Also, I love that everyone there is there to reach goals and have fun doing it- and its already a wide array of ages/fitness levels. Anyone can walk into Mandas gym and find exactly what they needed to be in the best shape!

        Best thing I could have done is invest in my body, mind and health. Give one of the camps a try; trust me you won't regret it. Manda Olsen is the best Coach. Started this journey the end of July and I am down 28 pounds and counting.
