Made an appointment to see if my prescription had change and to discuss my constant headaches and double vision. Upon arriving , I filled out paperwork and described my issues , no one ever told me I would be doing a consultation on the computer , I thought I was seeing a doctor face to face. After telling the tech on a virtual consult that it was hard to see the letters because I was experiencing double vision they still proceeded to do my exam and then told me to wait for the doctor which I thought was still in person. Since no one explained to me what was going on . Then they called me back in , and the doctor showed up on the computer.... weird but okay .... then asked if I was having issues and I told her about my headaches and double vision , she without hesitation said I need to see a specialist doctor. Which is when I started to get upset. I thought I was at the eye doctor, they proceeded to tell me I need a specialist for my areas of concern and then went over my eye exam. I think why I was so upset was the fact I didn't see a doctor in person , no where on the website does it say it's virtual, and before she even went over my eye exam results with me says I need a specialist. Please atleast explain my exam with me before referring me some where else. I'm very disappointed in this office and the new way of a consult . I will not be back and will tell everyone I know how the exam is so they can atleast be informed that you don't actually see a doctor . It's an eye exam , how do you do an eye exam without examining the patient ? $49 wasted and my day off of work wasted.

It was a $100 for the exam and a beautiful pair of glasses. Such a deal, thank you! Next day appointment and same day glasses, it only took one hour! Friendly and knowledgeable. They also had drinks for my kids and mom! You guys are the best. I appreciate everything and I'm coming back soon when I need more contacts. Very grateful for the glasses I needed them badly!
