Many thanks to Mayor Blair, Vice Mayor Marks, City Manager Arrington, Council members, Parks and Recreation Manager Gay, and Information Specialist Fitzpatrick, for the dedication and Proclamation yesterday. The honor was the celebration of the 60th Anniversary of the West Volusia Audubon Society's work helping birds and educating the public. The donation was an 18 room Purple Martin house on the shore of Mill Lake Park.
