Im very, very, very, upset with the awful perm I received. I came in with a photo for modern beachy waves. I had set up my appt for their perm specialist. I repeatedly was asked about this rod or that? I repeatedly said I trust you as the specialist on your nameplate and whatever she said I said as long as it looks like the photo (this was not a complicated photo, it was my hair length and texture and was simple beachy style loose natural waves) I was told my hair would be that style. As soon as the rods came out I knew. It was the oldest school 80s perm that existed. I know because I had multiple regular and then 80s spirals done when I was a teenager. Now Im a middle age woman that wanted a natural look but instead Im stuck with this obvious old school perm. Im not 18 anymore and this perm Im stuck with now is very embarrassing for my age. Im hoping some color will help but I will be asking for my money back.

I have to say at 57 years old, I have finally found my hair stylist! Annette knew exactly what I wanted and. I am very piticular about my hair. She is wonderful and very friendly. I have my whole family going to see Annette now. Thank you so much I am glad I found you. The salon is always clean and organized. I couldn't be happier!
