Awesome service! Super Convenient! Customer service is Top Tier! Professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I had the pleasure of working with AJ (the owner) and his colleague Mike. Both were super sweet, quick with responding & very understanding. I had an issue where my driver front window was all the way down and would not come back up. I needed service super fast and quick due to all the heavy rain in my area (Deltona) I found SafeCare on Google gave them a call explain my situation and they knew right away exactly what I need just over the phone. I was advised I need a new window regulator, which I had 0 knowledge on, but they assisted with helping and gave me 2 options. Either I can get the part myself, or they can get it for me. I decided to get the part myself. They gave me my part sieral # and advised me of what to say when I call my local dealership. There was some confusion with my local dealer, and I felt like I was being an inconvenience to SafeCare because of all the back and forth with the dealer. But they assured me I was not! They also offered to get my window back up temporarily untill the part arrived but I was able to get it back up with the help of my nephew. They're Super helpful & patience. Mike actually is the one who came out to my house to replace my regulator. He did an awesome job. He was quick and explained everything he was doing step by step and what happened. I learned about my regulator, what its purpose how it works, and how it popped off. After the job was done, AJ followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied & to see if I had any questions. Which I really appreciated . Definitely felt valued as a customer. And I will definitely recommend them to any and everybody. I myself will also use them again if needed in the future for sure! May God shower SafeCare with blessings, more customers, and expansion. Thank you again, AJ and Mike. I really do appreciate the service provided !!! WAYYYYYY BETTER THAN Safelite AutoGlass !!! I have had so many bad experiences with SAFELITE one time after another, leaks, horribleeeee attitude workers, warranty call after warranty call, and sometimes even after the warranty was handled and the problem was "CORRECTED"....they abandon you as a customer altogether without successfully fixing the problem THEY caused to your brand new windshield!!!! .......one time this happened so many times over and over, I ended up getting another windshield crack from a rock chip on the highway before they successfully fixed my windshield after warranty after warranty, they just absolutely couldn't or wouldn't get it right.....so as soon as I got another crack.... I immediately called someone else to do the new windshield. That's how I found this place on Google.... Everything went sooooo so much easier and smoother with this company that again I found on Google right in my own town............ ...........I have to emphasize......A GOOGLE FOUND BUSINESS!...... And they turn out to be WAY WAYYY BETTER than the company claiming to be "LEADING" or "LEADERS" in the industry?????.....the ones we all see being spammed all over the radio and TV during commercial breaks claiming and bragging to be the best windshield company???????!!! Give me a break!!!!...... ....Maybe leaders in ripping people off and taking their money!...Leading in the highest concentration of incompetent or unskilled glass repair workers along with the COMPLETELY uncaring management staff (even as high up as executive management staff!!).... I can't even begin to understand how they feel they can validate that bold claim, but what I do know is that when I met the owner of this company SafeCare Solutions Auto Glass, AJ, he was very kind, very informative, and professional! I can see why AJ is so booked up with customers wanting to use his company......It took him a little while to squeeze me in the schedule, but it was WELL worth me waiting for!....Specifically worth the wait in order to avoid another Safelite disaster for a 4th time (YESSSSS, they've messed up 3 previous cars of mine!!) He did explain to me that it would take him a slight bit more time as well compared to some of the bigger companies like Safelite to get everything together like the parts, the insurance claim ect... simply because this is a small business family ran business with him and his wife being the only workers doing everything. Personally I've always preferred family businesses anyhow. Turned out, AJ was also the actual person who installed my glass and dealt with my insurance company directly as well. So to sum up my experience.... Everything went exactly how I expected it to go for when you set out to get something repaired...it was ACTUALLY REPAIRED! GO FIGURE!! .........after all it probably needs to actually BE REPAIRED if it's going to be considered repaired, apparently that's a wild concept the so called self proclaimed "leaders in the industry," SAFELITE AUTOGLASS doesn't understand. So in my experience, they turned me into a customer for life and as I said above, this company.......WAYYYYYY better than SAFELITE AUTO GLASS.
