        Great place to live, very quiet and chill. There is a nice path to walk your dog if you looking to get out a bit. Reasonable pricing as well

        Im a new tenant and so far Ive loved my experience here. Victoria was so helpful with me navigating some special circumstances I had in the application process and made it as stress free for me as possible. The whole office staff has been great with communication and super friendly. Maintenance issues were also promptly addressed. Out of the negative reviews I saw, I didnt find any of those things to be issues. The grounds are well kept, my son and I walk the dog walk every morning just because we think its pretty and never stepped in a land mine. There is a parking issue here but its not that big of a deal as theres always something if you dont mind walking. The neighborhood isnt very big but renting a garage is also an option. Its a quiet complex overall and its tucked away in some nature so you have access to pretty much every store you can think of but dont feel like youre in a busy area. Yes, rent now is way more than it used to be but they keep the prices pretty reasonable considering the market right now. I absolutely love it here and so does my kiddo.
