I had the most beautiful experience laying my mother to rest. Hadley Davis has an entire staff of professional, compassionate and transparent staff who present more as extended family during a time of grief. I am extremely grateful for the service they provided because they went over and beyond and left me feeling confident in my choice for my Mom. Thank you Lori Hadley and staff!

Where do I start Let me try just drop the facts before I get back into my feelings. Before my mother passed she chose these people because they handled my aunts funeral nicely. But they did my mom so wrong. They told us what day the funeral will be, so we announced it to the family. We didnt choose the date , they did based off shipping moms body from WA to FL. Family/People made flight arrangements from as far as California! The day before the funeral, hours before the viewing they informed me that my moms body had not arrived from WA. We had been in FL for days. In contact with them for days. They waited until a few hours before the viewing to notify us the body was not there and would not be there until the following days. Which also means the funeral had to be pushed back by a day! So many of my out of town family members booked flights to go home after the original funeral date. So many ppl had to leave before the funeral and never go to say there good byes. But trust and believe they wanted all there money in full. We asked for compensation for the mess they caused - NOPE! They blamed it on the shipping company THAT THEY HIRED! I dont live in FL either but I had to find money for my family of 5 to find a hotel after we couldnt extend our air bnb. Extend the rental car. Pay for new flights and still pay for the funeral on full! F Hadley Davis. They made that whole experience even more traumatic! I should have sued them!
