I had such a hard time trying to find an inspection company that would come out and retag my fire extinguisher for the month of Nov & Dec. Posting this review 12/26/23 (literally day after Christmas), SAME DAY! I reached out and he was able to show up within 20-30min. Unfortunately, unlike some of the other fire inspection companies I dealt with, they complained about not being able to get into my box therefore requesting that I--myself had to physically break it and then transport the fire extinguisher to them for inspection/retag OR they'll eventually come out and break it, but I would then have to also pay them to replace it???..NONE of the above took place with Jerry! He was able to get into my box, no breaking of anything! I didn't even have to be onsite. He sent pictures and was nothing short of professional. This is the small victories that count big when adulting, thank you Jerry for going above and beyond especially during the holidays to save me on cost. 10/10 recommend.
