There always late on delivery and never do what they say they are going to. The first place I called after being fed up had better prices and said they will ship it in the next 30 minutes.

We did not see this review in Google Maps till today, so we are responding to their review of us. We do not sell moon or stars, we sell forklifts and equipment and provide excellent service that is what we promised. This customer has only one forklift at that time, when we went out to do our scheduled maintenance part of our SM is to paint the unit so it looks good and people will take care of it. We did the physical part of the SM like greasing, lubing, adjusting, cleaning and checking the unit for proper operation. Last part was to paint the unit which we started to do (Note: This is a Star Lift only no other dealer paints a unit when a SM is performed only us) the customer wanted us to stop because they only have one truck and we could not finish painting the unit. We called several times to schedule to finish the unit but got the same response, we can’t stop the unit we only have one. We never charged this customer for the Schedule Maintenance because we did not finished it. Repairs that we did for this customer: 7/12/2018 a leaking hydraulic hose, needed pullies that were on back order customer wanted the old pulley installed and made to work as best as possible. 9/12/2018 unit was sent to Star Lift for repairs, it had loose carburetor assembly and needed a complete tune up. Replaced damage hoses and pullies and straiten bent brackets that were not available unit was repaired returned to customer. Note. Unit was not painted because all the prep work that was done was ruined by customer and since we did not charge for it even when we did do the real Scheduled Maintenance. We did not charge for Schedule Maintenance. We did give them a FREE LOANER forklift, we just asked them to pay the delivery and pick up of that unit. As far as getting payment, yes we performed a task and want to get payment, but as far as holding them hostage really? They had a free loaner so there was no urgency on our part just payment and their unit will be return. Their unit was never held hostage as they had a free loaner and we never charged them for a rental just pick up and delivery. We wish them all the best but please never ever call us again. We have all invoices as proof.
