We live in Tampa, FL and this was a good experience. Tried to sell my house last year and it was awful hated the whole thing and then Matthew and Joanne Micozzi walked into our lives when we werent even trying to sell it. And they pretty much promised us all the things we went through before we wouldnt have to go through. No multiple showings, no sign in the yard one showing one hour and thats it we will get a buyer it all sounded to good to be true. But, it wasnt, within 2 weeks of meeting them, getting photos done, getting the house listed and shown the house was sold! So one weekend it was sold just like they said! Joanne was amazing communicated with us every step of the way even when that inspection came through and it looked scary but it wasnt it all turned out great! And we have officially sold the home, met them early May went to closing 6/29!! I will be recommending them to anyone who wants sell their home and sell it fast!

Matt and his partner invested the time to really understand the property, its unique features, and the benefits buyers would want. They really understand social media and used it to generate leads. They are young, energetic, and willing to put in the time it takes to find the right buyer. They are not afraid to reach out to their many contacts. They went above and beyond to get my property sold and didn't settle until the price/deal was right. Matt is very responsive. He communicated his every move and immediately replied to any questions or concerns throughout the process. I highly recommend Micozzi Group and will use them again. In my case, sold in less than 30 days.
