Customer service is horrible. Specially 10 minutes before you try to buy alcohol. Cashier wouldn’t sell me beer.

It has become an issue when I come in to get gas, I have to walk in and pay rather pay at the pump. If this does not get fixed we will start shopping elsewhere. I have had issues for the past week purchasing gas from any Shells station

Horrible customer service! Very rude when I came in. So rude in fact I decided to cancel my gas and go out of my way to get it elsewhere. There are plenty of places to get the same items they have, if I was you I would support another gas station that treats their customers like they are valuable. This one doesn't appreciate anyone walking in.

This is at least the fifth time I’ve been here recently because they have an awesome location. Every single time the staff are either not wearing masks at all or are wearing them around their neck. And I don’t mean when they’re behind the plexiglass I mean when they’re walking around inside the place touching everything and walking right by other people. They make no attempt to suggest to people who enter the place to please put on a mask I realize they can’t enforce it but they make no attempt whatsoever. Except for the guy with blond hair (I wish I knew his name) Service is very poor they prefer talking to each other then taking care of clients who are waiting to pay. I was just in there at 7:30 AM on Sunday, December 6. If you’re the manager or the owner I suggest you look at your video cameras so you can see what’s going on. On a separate note: for the love of God would you get coffee cup lids that can close - yours have a permanent opening which means bouncing out of your location risks getting coffee all over yourself and requires that you hold a cup most of the trip.
