Had a issue with my account for no reason , instead of looking into it the higher ups in the back decided to tell me there been lot of stolen equipment thats why they put block on my account without even asking my name or account number . Then he proceeded to tell me Im in collections . Do not rent from this location if you are people of color . Raciest workers . They look into with the nice lady in front desk robin and find nothing of the sort she apologized , will never rent from sun belt again. Still lies from this location they never fixed my account and robin lied saying it has been fixed to wait for machine pickup hours past no response. Corporate will be hearing from me everyday

Sunbelt Rentals mundl kalli Posting publicly Used across Google services I had a plumbing issue with the main pipe leading to the city pipe.Needed a "Snake" to get out the roots . Robin at the front counter set me up with the right size / length I needed to do this job. She was extremely helpful ...answering all the questions I had,making sure I use the right equipment. Once I proceeded to the check out area,I was greated by another person (Adam) that helped me load the machine and explained the functions. I used the machine and took care of the root issue. A couple days later or so I needed another machine to break up tiles. Again Robin at the counter processed the rental. And again,once I arrived at the delivery station I had three guys helping me load the machinery/explain the functions in details and demonstrate . Unfortunately I couldnt do the job removing the tiles. I called Robin, explained the situation. She processed the return WITH NO CHARGE . She also offered to have one of her employees to call me and make some suggestion. Its been a great and pleasant experience. Thank you SUNBELT RENTALS !!!!!

I needed to move a very heavy piano and called Sunbelt Oldsmar about any equipment they had that could be useful to me. Robin, a counter specialist, answered and said a piano dolly was available and she thought it would meet my needs. She took the time to explain how it worked and referred me to YouTube videos that showed the piano dolly in action. The rental process was smooth and efficient. The piano dolly worked perfectly! I was impressed by the outstanding service that Robin provided and will continue to be a customer at Oldsmar Sunbelt.

I had a terrible plumbing problem and the plumber that came out didn't know what he was doing so a friend of mine came and we used a pressure line that did not work so Robin who was an amazing person told us that she had a electric snake 75 ft so we rented it she kept my invoice open and took care of us completely I will tell you that Robin is an asset to that company she did an amazing job and because of the job that she did in helping us get the equipment we needed My landlord has now decided that they will not be going to home Depot anymore they will do all their equipment rentals from Sunbelt rental. Your customer service Robin was amazing you really helped and we got the problem taken care of my plumbing is fixed and I thank you so much for all your caring help.
