        Lately it’s impossible to contact the office to schedule or asking anything at all. You can call a million times and leave several voice messages for an dental EMERGENCY and it still seems they don’t care to return your call. What is going on? Used to be okay but horrible customer service as of late, and we’ve been going for several years as a family.

        Kinda disappointed that they changed me a 2 years old office visit that I had no idea about,, they have my same address, same number and they I didn't pay for it when I paid for a crown procedure at that time. There are new people working there now and they just lost a client. They are good dentist though, nothing to do about that.

        State-of-the-art facility & welcoming, competent staff. Treatment & financial planning discussed clearly. Drs. Franklin & Roque were accommodating and kind in meeting my needs. Finding new providers when relocating can be stressful, so I am very grateful to have found this practice.
