My first visit was long but I expected it to be since they had never seen me before. What struck me were several things: first Dr. Ricky Pan spent time getting to know my concerns himself and did an exam including gum depth himself! Second, Cathy the hygienist did a thorough cleaning while respecting my boundaries which is definitely NOT common in dentistry in this area. I left knowing exactly what the plan is for treatment going forward which we all agreed to after reasonable intelligent discussion. And finally , I know precisely what it will cost, what my insurance will cover, and what I will need to pay. This is another outstanding feature I have been hard pressed to find in this area. I came to this office because of the wonderful ratings. Today was my first appointment and the five star ratings are true! From the enthusiastic greetings from the front office, to seeing Dr. Pan and planning our strategy to care for my teeth, to meeting my supportive hygienist, everyone was friendly yet highly professional. I feel that my teeth are in excellent hands and am so glad I came to this office for my dental care! It's a very positive place.

I consulted w/Dr. Andy Pan @Pine Avenue Smiles. I was seeking a 2nd opinion re another facility's suggestion for me regarding Dental Implants. Dr. Pan went over a wide range of considerations I should take into account.He was forthright & honest & treated me like family. Although my consultation is not yet finished from what I've seen thus far Id have complete confidence in his conclusion of my situation. The rest of the office staff matched his level of professional standards. I liked going to him a lot!
