Joe is a really shady realtor if you are a buyer and have a realtor of your own thats showing you the house make sure when you buy that hes going to split the Commission correctly not give him self 5 percent and the other a half of percent especially when the other realtor brings you the prequalified buyer

The broker at this office Joe is great and not in a biased way, we have not even done business with him. He answered our call Memorial day weekend during a family event.
