Had to reschedule 3 times due to booking issues and got poked 4 times that Im not sure if they know what they were doing and my appointment was 9 and was called at 11:30am and I been waiting for hours

A close friend of mine, a migrant farm worker and her family, used this health center repeatedly for their primary care for over 18 months. Thankfully, she had the support of educated, English speaking women to guide her or she would have NEVER been treated with the birth control option she chose (and we were paying for). The staff here is downright disrepectful and incompetent. Most don't speak Spanish. Know your audience and hire accordingly. I had to elevate her care to the administrative level in order to get help. The Port St. Lucie location is a different story, but Okeechobee? A very, very sad excuse for a health center.

I'm putting a 1 star because of the fact I caught COVID from here. My doctor and nurse is kind it's just the lack of sanitizing the place. I know I caught COVID from here because the last place I've been to in 2 weeks was here and home & I know nobody in my household has COVID as they took a at home test. I find it funny the day after my appointment is when I started showing symptoms of it. I get that y'all are under construction but please sanitize this place!

Mari and Emid were very helpful today, They helped me with ihealth devices and were able to schedule me a lab appt and a follow up appointment. I was very happy with my visit today!
