3.5 stars First off: Very nice, very careful, nothing broken or damaged. They had a tough job, we had a piano and a fridge that needed to be moved down a set of stairs as well as all of our regular furniture. I WOULD trust them to move fragile things like TVs. However: It took a lot longer than predicted. Not everything fit on the truck, so we had to rent a uhual to move the rest ourselves It was about double what they estimated (which was a big chunk more than I wanted to spend) I cant find any of the cables for my electronics. I guess they took the cords off the TVs and stuff to move them. I cannot find them anywhere. They took our babys crib completely apart and then couldnt put it back together because Florida law prohibits it. Since it was our first night we didnt have internet at the new place and had no directions on how to reconstruct the crib. It was a mess. Overall, I wish Id just paid half for them to move the piano and fridge and moved the boxes and stuff myself. I ended up moving half of the boxes myself anyway.
