Lightning Restoration was recommended by our property manager for mold remediation, and the entire process was a headache. Once they were finished remediating the mold they left giant holes in our drywall for days on end before they could get a repair person in there to fix it, and they didnt communicate with us about the reasoning for the delay. When we got the final bill, they overcharged us by over $1,000, so we had to call and get that fixed. Lastly, when we paid the final bill, it took them over two weeks to actually charge our credit card, and when they finally did, they charged the wrong card and caused it to go over the limit. From start to finish it was simply chaotic and caused us more stress during an already stressful repair.

Lightning Restoration came on a Saturday and very promptly checked in daily indicating that he was interested in maintaining our home after a water leak and mold damage. They were professional while in our home, which I can suggest to anyone needing water damage repair or cleaning or flood-water damage repair.
