I wanted to give Richard and his team a chance to be a better company however three times I've been left disappointed. He is very bad with warranty repairs and horrible at returning calls after multiple promises to get back to you. Do better

Great working with Richard, the owner, with replacing my roof on the short notice that I had to give him. Great price, and most important no surprises with any hidden fees or after completion cost. Paid what was quoted and no extras. Crew was safe and respectful of my property and complete cleanup when they were done. If I should ever need another roof, I will be calling Richard, at Ability Roofing solutions.

Our Insurance Company needed more photos of our roof. We have been fighting teeth and nails to get this company to give our insurance company a mitigation inspection his gay told me our insurance company was being to picky. We had to hire another company to do the mitigation we would like a refund for the mitigation inspections. They never sent all the photos the insurance requested. Service: Roof installation
