This has to be the most irresponsible and unprofessional contractor anyone can deal with. They dont pay employees after work is completed. Save yourself a headache. This company and its owner deserve zero stars.

We are Jan. 2024 clients of yours and let me tell you, from the moment we had an appointment with Caleb at our house to interview your company to paint our house, we knew things were different. Caleb was not only on time to the appointment, but he was patient, asked questions to understand what we wanted and made recommendations that made sense and ensured us we were in good hands. Calebs quick responses to our questions and ease in communicating with him was different than your typical contractor. What you dont know is that we interviewed 3 painting companies for the job and Proficiency Plus won the business by totally demonstrating that quality sale and service has not been completely lost post-pandemic. Caleb did everything he said he would do. Once the work began, the punctuality of Andres and his crew did not disappoint. They began work on time and were very methodical in their work. What they didnt know is my family owned a residential and commercial painting company growing up and I spent my summers working for my family, so I paid careful attention to the details and how they prepared. When it comes to painting, you can figure out all you need to know about a company by the amount of time and attention paid to preparing the house. When I came home from work the first day and I saw the extent they went to protect, cover, and prepare the house for painting, I knew this was going to be different. Andres and their crew impressed us with their skill in painting and respecting our property. It was as though everyone on the crew had a role and their ability to come together as one gave our neighbors reason to say, Wow! This is a long post, but in todays environment where its hard to find a contractor to live up to their commitments, be on time, return your calls/texts, and communicate often is huge.
