Ruby is super nice and very helpful. Good pricing, they don't nickel and dime you for packing TVs etc. These crews can move anything to anywhere!

Booked a move 6 weeks in advance. The night before the scheduled move I hadnt received confirmation that the movers would be coming the following morning. After several attempts to reach Ruby I was informed the move was cancelled and had to be rescheduled, with less than 12 hours notice. Over 30 hrs later the movers came. On the rescheduled date, I had no idea what time theyd be arriving. I explained to Ruby how my husband and I had to call out of work to accommodate the reschedule. I asked for a discount on the move because of the inconvenience and she refused. She said I had already received a discount upon booking and accused me of seeking free service. Its worth mentioning I did not present any type of coupon upon initial booking, instead was told I was getting a discount. I reached out to customer service with this grievance. Initially they responded saying they were looking into the matter. I emailed back to follow up and they did not respond. It has been over a week since Ive heard from them. Giving 2 star because the actual movers were fantastic. Disappointed with lack of communication and professionalism from management and customer service dept.

When referring companies to the communities I oversee, o have to use caution so it doesnt come back to bite me. Every time I refer Ruby and her team, I receive praise. They communicate well and take care of customers and their belongings as if they were their own. I highly recommend this moving company!!!!!
