        Had irrigation service today. Shane performed the service. Outstanding service...he was on time, conducted his inspection, made some minor adjustments and provided an excellent explanation of his findings/adjustments.

        ***AVOID LAWN SERVICES*** I had the lawn service for 5 months and it was nothing but trouble. My lawn is worse than it was before I started with them. They lie on service report for what work is completed. They don't service the entire yard even when it's clearly marked. They noted that they completed a sprinkler inspection, but the sprinklers were never turned on. They performed an aeration of part of the front and side yards, but didn't touch the back yard (I called them and let them know, and they said they could send someone out at a later date, but ultimately cancelled the service to avoid them ruining my yard even more). They will charge you for a service without showing up to the property and they say they did (I asked for the date they showed up and my surveillance cameras had no service completed). I request to be notified a couple days or even 1 day prior to visiting for a phone call of them letting me know when they plan to come, and never got it on 4 separate occasions. They try to make things right after, but is not worth the hassle.

        Bought a new property where they had use Massey services, so I call for an estimate twice, drove to house to wait on them and on one ever showed up, unprofessional.. luckily there was a card on my door "ALL YOU NEED" called them came the same day got my estimate and work done the same day that Massey was suppose to come out for the 2nd time..
