        We booked two rooms through Priceline and arrived this evening only to be told they were sold out and only had one of the rooms available. Kevin, the front desk attendant was incredibly rude and responded with, oh well not my problem attitude. No apologies, just blamed Priceline without really knowing why this happened and told us to call them. We have been Hilton Honors members for a long time and have never encountered someone with this type of attitude. No effort to check with a partner hotel or make a call to assist. After speaking to Priceline they called the property and came back to tell us they overbooked the property. WOW!
