Stansil Park at Starkey Ranch - Taylor Morrison

It's been over two years since our purchase and we still have unresolved issues that we brought to TMs attention in late 2021. Many of my neighbors have had the same experience and are planning legal action. Do yourself a favor and find a builder that can deliver.

Set up an appointment today, March 8th, gave them options and they told our realtor that the 8th would be best. Get a reminder text about our appointment this morning. Got our infant ready, drove an hour and they are closed for a business meeting.

Ive found everyone there incredibly professional and personable, and the houses are beautiful and a fantastic location. I have read some of the past reviews, and personally I think they need to be taken with an extreme grain of salt. To hold Taylor Morrison or specifically the on-site representatives at fault for Covid, supply chain issues and global market conditions is really unfair and tone deaf with something weve all had to deal with over these unique and difficult times. Ive had the pleasure of working with both of the sales advisors there and they couldnt have been more helpful and passionate during such an important decision in our lives. Ive also found the builders to be extremely competent and responsive. Its refreshing to feel that extra effort that everyone at Stansil has shown and I wouldnt hesitate to shop a TM property again in the future.
