Be aware if FWA (Fraud, waste and abuse) behaviors. During my visits, I was exposed to unnecessary procedures. Here are my feedbacks: Fraud is the intentional misrepresentation of information to gain underserved payment for a claim. Submitting claims for services that were not provided. 1. Shuayb office billed me for 'D2950 - core build up include any pins'. This procedure was never performed on me but was billed to my insurance and also cost me out of pocket dollars. My insurance acknowledged me the service was not performed and therefore denied. So far I have never received any refund for the out-of-pocket from the dentist office. Waste is spending federal health care dollars on services that are unnecessary. 1. The dentist told me I have a cavity and filling is not an option due to the location of the cavity. Instead, he suggested to build a crown for the tooth. The single crown procedure is costing about $600 in my case. I went to another dentist and found out that the 'cavity' is actually a filling decay, a quick refilling fixed the issue, costing $30 in my case. Abuse involves a questionable practice, which is inconsistent with accepted medical or business policies. Bending the rules such as providing unnecessary or more costly medical services. 1. The same doctor suggested me to build crowns for three healthy teeth for preventive purpose. The reasoning is the teeth are getting thin overtime and might increase the chance of broken. The whole package costs about $5000. I refused the recommendation immediately. As a healthcare profession working on Medicare areas for years, I am vigilant on every medical service I receive. I hope this review can help patients choosing their doctors. This clinic asked my true identity over the google review which is a violation of PHI. PHI in healthcare can only be used or disclosed for permitted purposes without a patients authorization

As usual always a good reception. Very friendly staff and treatment of the hygienist was so gentle and very thoroughly.

Super perfect dentist I am glad I found this Dentist, and Jennifer at the front desk very professional and such a sweetheart. Actually all of the worker at this location are super super cant find the right word.
