I went to this dental office for a consultation and I was tempted to use them. I sat in the chair and they quoted me a price of $20,000. Just when I was ready to do the financing I got a quote from another dental office for almost have of what Jolie Smiles wanted and they could do the job same day. The place and personnel are nice but for what I needed done they are over priced. I can't say I would recommend this dental office for senior citizens on a budget.

I have been to at least 20 different types of dental offices throughout my 58 years of life. Ranging from general dentists, orthodontists, oral surgeons and specialists. I have never had a high-quality feeling of comfort and true care about me, the patient, as I experienced today at Jolie Smiles Denture & Implant Studio!! Today was my fifth consultation for a needed full upper arch implant. I had a bad experience at Aspen Dental but seeing as they were on my Cigna list of providers allowed them to be my first consultation for some crazy reason. Not only was Lorraine, who is the first person you see and greets you extremely professional, helpful, caring, and patient but Dr. Truong's office and especially the consultation room was like sitting in a living room at home. Dr. Truong spent more time with me than any doctor I have ever visited. All doctors. She was willing to sit and talk, like a friend to me. No rush. I felt concerned that I was wasting her valuable time because I had never had the level of genuine concern for me as a patient, not a number. She was in no rush whatsoever. I have never had any doctor (dentist, internal medicine, orthopedic surgeon, ER...etc.) sit and be willing to spend their time like she did today. That alone was worth so much to me. Generally, you feel like a number and that you are wasting their time. The last office I was at before this the dentist spent 2 minutes with me as I sat in the dental chair. It has always been that way...you sit in the awkward dental chair, hearing all the other things going on that cause anxiety, like the drill or chatter of staff, or patients saying "ouch" or other grinding, crunching noises. Not at Dr. Truong's office. You are in her "living room", quiet, and comfortable, and the normal stress/anxiety was eased away. I have had some traumatic dental experiences. My full lower 2 post-implant tooth extraction and the entire experience was terrible/traumatic and the work was not completed to my satisfaction. This was at Aspen Dental which is why I shopped around outside of Cigna's network. This is her office. She owns it. It is not a huge corporate or franchised chain of offices and the difference was apparent today. I was due to go to and start my procedure at another corporate location tomorrow. I cancelled. I am getting a higher quality, premium product at a very fair, competitive price. I am sure my review will be continued once the work is complete but I am so glad my wife had me try one more visit today. She had heard good things about Jolie Smiles Denture & Implant Studio from a friend and then the internet. If you want to feel like a person/patient and not a number and have any dental fears give Dr. Truong a try. Thank you!!

Dr. Truong and her staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The office is clean and inviting. I received excellent care from the start to the finish of my dental implant process.
