        Everyone in the assisting staff is very nice and professional. Wait time was non existent, I was quickly ushered to a treatment cubicle. My dental hygienist, Valeria, was wonderful, thorough and with a most delicate touch. I was very impressed with all the very modern X Ray equipment, dental laboratory and ancilliary facilities. I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Luis Alicea and his fantastic staff.

        Dr. Alicea and staff was very professional and courteous. Diane was the assistant and welcome me with a gift from Desired Smile. I was very impressed with the facility and staff, they welcome me and commented me for my service as a veteran. Being in the military and moving a lot I have not experienced a dentist facility and staff such as Desired Smile. It was truly a blessing to have been recommended by the VA.

        I went for a consultation and was provided great service. The staff was nice and welcoming and the Dentist was very comprehensive in his explanations of diagnose and treatment. I did not have any treatment at this time, but felt I got good professional guidance.
