After sales support is terrible. We purchased a $2,000 gate system that failed in 15 months. I was referred to manufacturer that referred me back to them. Zero support from gate crafters and now Ive had a gate I cannot close for over 3 months. Do yourself a favor and purchase elsewhere.

Don't waist your money, it will take months, and you'll most likely get damaged and or missing product. Buy from a more professional place, or check it out for yourself. They have an empty pool out front? Why? I don't know. Its sketchy.

Have called and left messages, filled out web forms, emailed them directly. Non responsive. I am concerned they are not operating?

Ordered an aluminum gate. The website states delivery in 4-6 weeks. 10 weeks later I don't have a gate and they were unwilling to process a refund or credit towards the $400 shipping.
