        Egg bagel sandwich- warm egg with cold ham & cold cheese. Not very appetizing. Shouldn't the whole sandwich be warmed? Seemed like a lazy way to prepare this sandwich. Also, nowhere to sit. No chairs or tables inside or outside. I did see an elderly couple eating Einsteins a few shops down at the table & chairs outside the World of Beer. Just a tip.

        Customer service was good but food was not it. The bacon was barely cooked, bagel was not crispy or warm. Nothing extraordinary.

        We had excellent service from the time we walked in until we left. I know it all has to do with the water, but the bagels were smaller than I remembered back home.
