        I was recommended to this company by a friend. Looked at pricing on their website and noticed they offer a 5% cash discount so called to get exact total so I could go by office and pay cash- the cash estimate was more than the online price. I told the receptionist about price descrepancy and was told that the website was incorrect and they would not honor that price. She then rudely said if I wanted that price I could just buy it online then which I attempted to do, but their online payment was not working. After the lack of customer care I will be purchasing elsewhere.

      sorry for your bad experience.we are a family owned company and also trying to work it out though this hard times. with sod fields going up is very hard to match the price. sorry again.
