I recently visited Smiles of Ocoee for a routine dental check-up, and while I appreciated the overall positive reputation of the healthcare provider, I wanted to share my mixed experience for the benefit of potential patients seeking an honest and transparent dental service. On the positive side, the office ambiance was pleasant, and the staff were generally friendly and professional. The dentist appeared knowledgeable and conducted a thorough examination of my dental health. However, I couldn't help but feel a bit uncomfortable during the visit due to what seemed like an attempt to upsell certain procedures that may not have been entirely necessary. I value professionals who prioritize integrity in their interactions with patients, and unfortunately, I sensed a push towards additional treatments that left me questioning the necessity. While I understand that dental health varies, and recommendations may differ, it is essential for healthcare providers to prioritize the patient's well-being over potential financial gains. I encourage prospective patients to thoroughly discuss treatment plans, inquire about the necessity of suggested procedures, and seek second opinions if they have any doubts. In conclusion, my visit had both positive and negative aspects. So thankful for the team at Smiles of Ocoee for making me feel at ease when I was a nervous wreck! More expensive than other offices Ive looked into for the same treatments but I would be amazed if any other office provided nearly half the level of care I received today.

The entire staff is amazing!! They are so friendly, helpful and caring from the moment you step in the front door. Natasha, the hygienist is so thorough and takes great pride in her work. Melissa is there to help in all aspects of your visit. And Dr. Freddy is so thorough, caring and knowledgeabl, a doctor who genuinely cares! Great experience all the way around!!

I love this dentist!! I had 2 teeth extracted and had NO pain and VERY LITTLE discomfort. I did have tenderness but that is to be expected. The doctor and the staff (family) are 5 star themselves. They make you feel so welcome and talk to you like you were family. I will NOT go anywhere else for dental work and I will never be scared again. Thank you Smiles of Ocoee for making this a no longer scary event!! 5 stars all they way. I love that you guys are family! Beautiful facility on top of it.

Im never happy to visit the dentist however this dental office and its staff are the best I have come across. Very professional and always welcoming. My dentist for life lol
