        Ive been excited to move in, however like the previous comments. Ive applied for an apartment, paid an application fee, and have yet to hear from anyone regarding my status. Its also very difficult to get a hold of an agent that actually works at the office. Several messages left and no follow up - this is a bad start for someone looking to move into your property.

        Beautiful property. Horrible customer service. I called everyday this past week and have yet to speak to someone in office or get a call back. They are also false advertising so be careful, they will show you the model and give you something else. Make sure they show you the exact unit you asked for or they will play around in your face. Top management is rude and only bark orders at the staff. Dont waste your time with this place. First day in my unit, it flooded and it took an 1hr for the emergency maintenance to get there.

        Me and my friend went to the property at 10am to tour the property and the staff up front stated that they were short of staff and to reschedule for another date which is fine so I reset for the next day due to me being busy in the afternoon. Once my afternoon schedule became free, I called them and stated that I am free and would like to make an appointment and they set one for 4:30pm. Upon arrival I was told that they could not show us the apartment due having to leave and I stated that I called and set an appointment and the staff stated that maybe the other staff members could assist. While waiting for the other staff to get off the phone, a family came in stood behind me but when the staff was off the phone she then skipped me and proceeded to not acknowledge that I was waiting in line. This is completely bad for business and unprofessional from the property and the staff.
