Terrible Customer Service experience, we were the only guests in the store and kept getting pressured from the staff to make a decision and check-out. Will not be going back!

This will be our last time to this store. Customer service is bad, and manager needs to be retrained. Had a bad attitude when returning an item.

They did a great job at helping me find the right pair of Doc Martens for work

Wife bought Doc Martens for our eleven year old daughter. Daughter put on shoes in car on the way home and developed a bruise by the time we returned home. The next day we attempted to exchange the shoes. Sales associates including the manager tried to convince our eleven year old that they would become more loose. After telling the associates we just wanted to return them, the manager was unprofessional and inappropriate commenting to her employees about not meeting sales goals for the day because of our return and that my wife was trying to control our daughter by not letting her express herself. All of this was said loud enough for my wife to hear. Finally the manager refused to return the cleaning kit. I attempted to call the store 3 times with an hour before closing. The phone rang for approximately a minute each time with no answer. Is there anyone I can directly reach out to detail this experience, concern, and issue with the non-return?
