Rob and his entire team were amazing to work with! They did exactly what they said they would, exactly when they said they would do it and it cost exactly what they said!! They were very quick to get everything done and troubleshoot. This was an easy and fantastic experience! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a stress free, efficient, easy to operate alarm system. I am so pleased by this entire experience start to finish!!

I highly recommend Rob and his team !! I got the contact information from my friend. Rob install the security system at my friends house. I was impressed and contacted Rob immediately. The next day Rob was at my house and we decided to get this system. He explained everything perfectly to us. After installing everything, I want some extra changes and Brain came to us again on the weekend, which was for me perfect. He spend almost a day to get it like I want it. If someone wants a security system, I highly recommend Rob and his team. Thank you very much and keep in touch.

I purchased a house in Ocala, back in February I started researching security company the first company I called was Welch Security ( Rob ) we had a great conversation. He explained the system how it works and what is included. Finally close on my house on Tuesday 3/26/2024 Welch Security installed on the same day. My installer Bryan was awesome!!!! Rob did a great job providing us with the information on the benefits of his service as well as the follow through to make sure that he exceeded our expectations. Bryan who did the actual install and configuration was patient with where we wanted things setup and explaining how to use our new state of the art security system.
