        Mistakes happen and orders get made wrong. It happens, no fault. When it is pointed out, the reply was "that's what you ordered" with a snippy attitude. No apology, only accusation, by the way we were very clear about what we ordered and it was repeated to us and clarified.. Did offer to remake it, but too late, impression already made. Walked out.

        Never been here before - I wanted FRESH and thats exactly what we got - la gringa and otra vez and the FRIES were so yummy - Im glad we gave it a try - recommend we will be back :)

      Yes mistakes do happen and we DID apologize and continued to remake the sandwich as soon as your wife rudely complained. I explained to her it was our fault and I was remaking the sandwich. She went from 0 to 100 in a second and demanded a refund without letting me finish the second sandwich. There was only an attitude from her as soon as she came in and found out we did not have Tuna on our menu and the sandwich was made wrong because it was not even a menu item. I am not sure how you think it is ok to stand in someone's establishment and yell at them and tell them that they are Nasty, Nasty, Nasty! For making the wrong sandwich. That is definitely not Ok. We as small business owners work hard every day and do not need to be called names over a wrong sandwich that we were trying to remake. I wish that you had been able to finish your lunch that you had to leave that you were enjoying before this happened.
