We were fortunate enough to connect with Tasha and her group about 30 days ago. Tasha connected us with her agent Lourdes Lanio. After working with another company, after one day Lourdes found a buyer for our home. She was the the Premier agent from start to finish.

Patient and Persistent, Tasha Osbourne was quick to identify the stated and un-stated preferences for my search, and was extremely responsive and accommodating to long viewing days, last-minute viewings, offer drafting (as well as thoughtful advice in that area), and follow-through. I never worried that she was distracted, or that I wasn't a priority for her. Never pushy or presumptive, always collaborative. Complete with a sense of humor when appropriate. 11/10 "would recommend"!

Tasha was fantastic in representing our property. We delayed listing our property for a couple of weeks to make some upgrades and before listing Tasha came back and re-evaluated our property and comparable listings resulting in an increase of $15,000 on the listing price. Within 4 hours of the listing going live we had a full price cash offer on the house. Tasha continuously kept in touch with us throughout the process and quickly responded to questions communicating with us they buyer and escrow companies to keep the closing on track. We have recommended her to a few people all ready and will continue to do so.

I am an out of town Buyer, and Lisa is my Buyer Agent. I was referred to Lisa through a combination of two Sotheby's Agents. Dawna Cekuta in Austin, Texas was my outstanding Buyer Agent when my family moved here in 2018. She continued to keep in touch and when we wanted to find vacation/retirement property "somewhere in Florida," she spent hours and hours researching and connecting me to multiple Sotheby's Buyer Agents throughout Florida. I spent the next year traveling back and forth and these Agents all did an outstanding job helping me get to know their areas and the property markets there. When we focused in on mid-Atlantic Florida, Sotheby's Buyer Agent Betsy Alaimo suggested that in addition to Melbourne/Cocoa where she was representing us, that we also consider looking at New Smyrna Beach before deciding. Such a selfless act and truly looking out for our best interests. She connected me to her colleague, Sotheby Buyer Agent Lisa Keating. From the first phone call, Lisa instilled confidence in her ability and passion for real estate in the area, and her deep knowledge of the area. She listened extremely well and very quickly developed an extremely accurate model of what we were looking for. She added to that her knowledge of the area and the market and when I began visiting the area she took me on a great tour of the area, and of the variety of opportunities there, and thereby learned all of our unique likes and dislikes. After that she only suggested a few properties which were always right on the money for us. This went on for months and my wife and I were constantly searching for property on the internet from our home, which we would often send to Lisa asking "Is this the house for us?" Lisa always promptly and extremely effectively either ruled out homes she knew were not for us, or went and visited them and took us on live virtual walking tours, supported by market comps, pictures, videos, and specific Q&A. We made a few offers and did not get some homes in this very aggressive market, and she kept up the intensity and positive attitude with us. Finally we found the right house and she helped us make the offer that was right for the house, and now we are very excited to own our piece of Florida, which we will one day retire in. I can't recommend Lisa Keating, and the entire Southeby's network from Austin to Florida, enough. Thank you Lisa!
