I had the good fortune of meeting Rick in 2019 during a search for local real estate appraisers who could provide pre-listing appraisals for my clients' properties. Since then I've had the opportunity to work with Rick and his colleagues on a number of appraisals, including one for my home. Rick and his team have always been the epitome of professionalism and thoroughness. He's unfailingly willing to answer my questions and those of my clients, always seeking to make sure that we're well informed. He's also not afraid to call and ask questions of me as a broker and seek my feedback on the features of my clients' homes. Robert, our appraiser, was extremely thorough, gave us his professional opinion, and answered our questions to the best of his knowledge. We found his knowledge to be quite extensive. We WILL go back to Golden Realty and Appraisal Services again when we need our next appraisal.
