Nico is absolutely amazing! Aside from being a fantastic person, she is an incredible realtor. She made this process so easy and worry free. Always available if I had any questions, super easy to talk to, and listened and understood what I was looking for. I would highly recommend Nico to anyone looking for a home.

Nico is a lifesaver! I normally do not write reviews but I have to share our story and how Nico was a lifesaver for my family. I cannot speak highly enough about Nico. My husband and I were completely new at being homeowners. We found ourselves in a dire situation as we were renting and found out while I was 6 months pregnant with twins that we had to move within 2 months as the owners were selling the place we rented! This was a shocker and we knew if we had to move, we wanted to buy a place of our own. This was very foreign to us and it was scary, to say the least! Not only was I 6 months pregnant with twins, but we also had two other kids, and 2 dogs and we had to find a home ASAP before the babies arrived. With twins, there is no timeline. They can come at any moment. I looked around at reviews etc., but Nico came highly recommended by a friend. We decided to give her a try and reached out. Nico got with me very quickly. I explained our emergency situation and shared all my fears and worries with her. She did everything she could to reassure us that she would be by our side every step of the way. Nico assured me that I could call or text at any time with any questions or concerns that we had and she would get right back to me as soon as she could. Nico did just that! I honestly felt bad at times because I would blow her phone up with all kinds of questions and she never once minded. She was always there to provide the answer or to help reassure us. Nicos attitude was always pleasant, understanding and kind. I can not explain in words just how comforting that was in our situation. Nico helped us to get matched with a great lender who also helped me every step of the way. When I had questions and could not get ahold of the lender at that moment. I would ask Nico and she was always on top of things and would have an answer for me in no time. During the time of trying to find a home, we were having some issues with the rental and the move-out date. Nico went above and beyond to step in and help us find a solution to that! This was nowhere near what she was responsible for, but she stepped right in and helped us sort it out. I dont know what I would have done without her help or advice at that time. We found a house that we were very interested in. I told Nico this is it!! We have to do everything we can to get this house! The house had everything on my list plus it was minutes away from the childrens school. Nico let us know after checking into the property that a few other people were also interested in the home and had placed offers. Nico told me not to worry and promised me that she would do everything in her power to try and get us this house. No matter what came up during the process Nico was on top of it and kept us in the loop at all times. Nico sorted everything out with the inspectors and was able to get them to come in a short period of time. She handled everything. Nico advised us on the steps to take to help us get the home and thanks to her advice, the homeowners chose our family over a few others to buy the house! We closed in record time. Nico set up the appointment at the local title office and met us there. She was with us EVERY SINGLE STEP of the way and took care of everything for us. She held true to her word. No matter what issue arose, Nico had a solution. Her knowledge and solution skills would amaze me. I had never met Nico prior to needing a realtor but I cant thank God enough for bringing her into our lives. Thanks to her, we were able to move into our dream home in enough time to set up and get ready for the babies to come. There is no doubt in my mind that Nico treats all of her clients this way, like family. Nico made a promise to us in the very beginning and she kept true to every single word. If you are a new homeowner or whatever your realtor needs may be, there is no one else that I would recommend or trust other than Nico Amaro.
