Melissa Brackett is an outstanding realtor! I haven't moved in 28 years and didn't know the first thing about selling my house. Melissa promptly came to look at my home, give me some pointers for selling, created the most amazing video and within the first couple days I had 7 showings. She is very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, kind and patient, even when you've asked a million questions and some of them probably twice! I would recommend Melissa to anyone and everyone who would like to sell their home.

Melissa was excellent. I saw a property and her sign was out front. I called and she answered right away, she answered any questions I had there on the spot. She also offered to show the property to me because at the time I didn't have a realtor. I ended up going with another realtor who is a personal friend, but she was as helpful as could be in the meantime. After a discussion with my realtor, he told me that he and Melissa were both working hard to get my deal closed in a timely manner. I'm glad she was the right realtor for the job, thank you again for all the help.

Melissa has helped us buy or sell 8 properties since 2012. She always offers the highest level of service and expertise. Life would be ideal if everyone adhered to her work ethic. I would not consider using another realtor in the Ocala area.
