My first contact was with Billy when we discussed what I wanted done, cost estimate and what prep work (remove precious knick knacks) I would need to do prior to the work being done. He was very professional, polite and personable. On day of painting, two painters arrived right on time and we reviewed what was to be done and whether I would be returning any wall pictures back in their original places and whether I wanted hangers removed or kept in place. Photos were taken prior to moving furniture and wall decoration, and drop clothes were put in place. Everything was returned exactly as I had it. Billy came by shortly after painters arrived to review again all that would be done. The painters did a great job on the walls, exterior doors and cabinets. I have popcorn ceilings and they were meticulous about where the edges met. The painters were very polite, conversed quietly and knew their job. They were very careful and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves the two and a half days they were there. Billy stopped by the second day and inspected all that had been done.
