The corporation will be organized and operated exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and community service purposes. The corporation shall, among others things organize and provide academic scholarships for high school graduates with a 3.7GPA to attend a HBCU institution majoring in science that pertains to the effects of lightning strikes to and against the human body, in an effort to assist doctors in further undertanding the effects of lightning strikes, as an exempt organization under section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
