Smoothie King

I was so excited to get an acai bowl here since I fell in love with them while visiting North Carolina. I was very disappointed in the value and soupy texture of the frozen part. It's like getting a smoothie in a bowl. Toppings very light also. Won't go back.

This place is consistently slow and screws our order up every time. We always order ahead on the app. Still have to wait 30 minutes after the cited time it would be ready. We always order two and they always forget one that we have to wait even longer for. This time they had it made but left it sitting on the counter and ignored it instead of putting it in the pick up fridge with the other one. It was runny and melted by the time they tried to give it to us after several customers came, ordered and gone. Thankfully they remade it but a refund definitely should have been given. It just gets to me because I know what its like working in food service and watching this crew work with no sense of care or urgency is very frustrating. And this place has the same type of experience Each and every time. I hope Ocala comes out with a better smoothie option soon.

This smoothie king is by far one of the friendliest I've been in, very inviting and personable and recommend anytime. I'm a two too three smoothie a day guy right now and never have a bad experience and the frozen delicious sustenance is on point every time...
